Our main goal with these classes is to explore the joy of life. We seek to nourish the mind and body through movement and cooking, reconnecting the WHOLE self. Feel free to reach out with inquires as we are always looking for new and different ways to interact with the community.

Class descriptions:
Tai Chi Qigong: These classes are truly mindfulness in motion. Meditation, Whole Body Awareness, Relaxed breath work, Qigong warmups and Authentic Yang Style Tai Chi movements.
Strong Style Yoga: Focus on body awareness, breathing, and holding poses long enough to feel what is happening. Some flowing elements, Sun Salutations, and balance work.
Yin Yoga: Relaxing the muscles, with the goal of getting sensation to the rest of the “stuff” in the body, ligaments, tendons, facia, etc. Mostly down on the mat, poses held for multiple minutes.
Pilates: Ultimate mind-body movement. Classic mat work inspired by Joe Pilates original intent for “Contrology”. Breathe, Engage, Move.
